In the session you work directly with Barry Oshry or Power + Systems’ Senior Associates to master the content of the program along with the logistics associated with conducting it. You delve deeply into the Oshry systems framework underlying The Organization Workshop. As part of the program you practice delivering the material and receive constructive feedback. Mastering The Organization Workshop is a rich and rewarding experience.
