Trainer Certification FAQs

Who can become certified?

The program is open to both qualified internal and independent trainers and consultants.

Is there a prerequisite?

Yes. A prerequisite is having participated in or observed a session of The Organization Workshop.

Are there other requirements?

The Organization Workshop requires complex skills. You need to

• Be skilled in training experiential learning events
• Be able to master system concepts
• Communicate concepts simply and clearly
• Listen well and organize what you are hearing

How long is the certification?

The program is 3.5 days.

How often is the certification held?

It’s held several times a year. See Calendar

Can we hold a certification on-site?

Yes. If there are 5 or more trainees from the same organization, we can do a Trainer Certification at your site at your convenience.

What is the tuition?

$5,000 (US).  Accommodations and meals are additional.

What happens after certification?

Power + Systems’ ongoing commitment is to support trainers to present the finest programs possible to meets their clients’ needs. This includes our consulting with trainers on design and presentation as often as requested..

There are no materials trainers need to purchase from Power + Systems in order to conduct the program. All handouts are included in on a disk and can be copied.

A royalty fee of $600 (US) is due to Power + Systems for each program conducted.
