Organization workshop (OW) Community of Practice
OWCop

What is a cop? Why have one?

  • A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of people that share a passion and choose how to practice that passion together
  • Power + Systems has a group of over 1200 certified Organization Workshop (OW) practitioners
  • A recently completed survey shows that the group would like to practice and come together as a community
  • This is an opportunity to connect with others, learn with others, continuously innovate and improve the OW, raise confidence and understanding of the OW and its process including sales, and delight customers

Session 1:  Join us for an interactive knowledge cafe to convene a conversation with Dr. Danielle Payne regarding the question "What were the results of the recent OW Fieldwork Study?"

The knowledge cafe process starts with a short offering, then 3 rounds of small group breakouts, then closes with a full group discussion.
