The Power Lab (1975) was a life changing experience. You and the staff were very influential in opening my eyes and helping me to see systems at work.

The Power Lab enabled me to take my leadership to the next level. Being part of the simulation and having excellent coaches available had a huge impact. I'm still benefiting fom the insights gained at The Power Lab.

The whole Lab experience has been excellent for me and when adding in the coaching before and after the week, I consider it good value as well.

The coaches helped me identify quickly my leadership opportunities while providing important feedback on the impact my actions were having on people and the system, always doing this in a respectful yet challenging manner. I felt safe to take risks. It was tremendous. I felt totally supported by the coaches.

After experiencing The Power Lab it has become much easier to understand why people and organizations have so much trouble communicating, but now I know HOW to overcome those problems.
